Message From Our President | CEO

Greetings to our VARC friends and families!
As we reach the midpoint of 2025, we are excited to share the incredible achievements of our staff and clients across all our Client Services programs. Their successes inspire us and reinforce our commitment to continually uplift our employees and clients on their personal journeys toward independence, purpose, and connection.
Our event planning is in full swing, with our Golden Anniversary All-Staff Retreat, regional Business After Hours events, more free ExploreAbility trials, and exciting preparations underway for VARC's 4th Annual New Year's Eve Gala. If your organization is interested in sponsoring, attending, or participating in any way, we would love to hear from you.
It feels as though spring and summer have flown by, and we can hardly believe it. Our clients and staff have been actively engaged in a variety of activities, development opportunities, day trips, and celebrations. There’s no slowing us down—our mission is to embrace every moment and thrive, which is exactly what we've accomplished throughout April, May, and June.
Without further ado, please enjoy our updates!
