VARC, Inc. Gears Up to Safely Welcome Back Clients

By January 28, 2021No Comments

VARC employees began receiving vaccinations for COVID-19 at the end of January.

In light of recent access to COVID 19 Vaccinations, VARC and Insite wanted to provide important updates below. While we understand we all need to make the best decisions for our own safety and wellbeing, we also want to share what VARC is doing to continue to make services a safe experience at this time:

  • Our staff now have access to and are receiving vaccinations.
  • We continue to require masks during all transportation and service time (unless clients are medically unable to wear them). All staff and visitors continue to be required to wear masks as well.
  • Increased sanitation and cleaning processes continue to be heightened. All staff and clients are asked to maintain a strong level of hand hygiene and are provided hand sanitizer to use while at VARC.
  •  We continue to enforce social distancing practices. Upon attending services, please remain 6 feet apart when possible. Staff will assist in providing reminders and assistance to clients to do so.

We’re ready for you!

We look forward to continuing to welcome clients back to services. When making the determination to participate in services, please refer to www.cdc.gov as a resource. You can also reference the State of Wisconsin website.

Please keep in mind that a 48-hour notice of return is preferred. When ready, please contact the supervisor in the location where the client normally would attend. This can be done via email or phone. If you are unsure of whom to contact, or if you have any questions related to our client services, please don’t hesitate to connect with our Director of Client Services, Niki Steele.
