VARC Residential Services

VARC Residential Services provides a variety of home environments for individuals with varying abilities.  Individuals may choose from VARC House (an eight bed community-based residential facility in Viroqua), supported apartments (where residents may live alone or with a roommate), or a shared home (with live-in providers).

Staff provide skills training and support to residents to help them reach their greatest potential, independent growth.  Areas of support may include:

1. Health and medication monitoring

2. Safety

3. Housekeeping

4. Nutrition

5. Finances

6. Shopping

7. Daily living skills

8. Personal hygiene

9. Socialization skills.
