VARC Employment Services

Employment Services provides adults with disabilities the opportunity to gain employment skills while earning wages in a production environment.  At VARC, individuals have the added benefit of experiencing integrated employment working with many individuals of varying abilities.

Assembly and packaging are the basis of work assignments in this service area.  VARC contracts with over 30 companies, resulting in a variety of training opportunities which give individuals a variety of occupational skills throughout the year.
